Our 2021 Rosé is a contemporary expression of Australian Rosé thats super food-friendly. The perfect wine for those who love fruit plushness, this lovely wine has rosehip florals and strawberries on the nose with a palate of exotic turkish delight and nougat nut complexity.
The gorgeous salmon colour of our Rosé is from a light kiss with Cabernet Sauvignon skins from which this lovely wine is exclusively made. The plush fruit on the mid-palate is finished with a refreshing acid, making this rosé a desirable partner with a global array of food pairings.
Food pairing: Enjoy with a fiery Asian stir-fry or a Vietnamese beef Pho.
Aroma: Display of spritz on opening, rose-hip florals, strawberry, Turkish delight, nougat nuttiness.
Palate: Off Dry -dry, medium intensity
Ageing: Ready to drink now, but will most likely continue to improve for 2-4 years with careful cellaring.
The vintage: Mild growing season and extended harvest produced bright fruit flavours at lower baumes, very good natural acid levels and reds of intense and vibrant colours – an excellent year for both whites and reds.
